We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Clerk to join our real estate team on a full-time basis and to work in our Woodstock office.
The position involves managing real estate files from beginning to end and will involve preparing closing documents, coordinating with clients, lenders and other law firms and closing and reporting of real estate transactions and related administrative tasks.
The position requires strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
Our compensation package includes a Health Care Spending Account, LTD, Life, annual wellness program and additional incentives. Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00.
